All authors must adhere to the following guidelines when preparing their manuscripts. Images and
tables must be original or used with proper permissions and copyrights. Equations must be written
using an equation editor. The plagiarism level should not exceed 5% from a single source and must be
below 15% overall, including self-plagiarism. The use of a reference management software such as
Mendeley is mandatory for proper referencing. All papers must be submitted for review exclusively
through Microsoft CMT.
Copyright Form
- You will have to send us the signed copy of Copyright form as a scanned PDF, after the
acceptance
of your manuscript.
- The corresponding author should be available to check the paper before it is published.
- Please note that once a paper has been delivered to Springer, changes relating to the authorship
of the paper cannot be made.
- Once paper is delivered to Springer Author's names cannot be added or deleted, their order
cannot be changed, and the corresponding author cannot be altered.
- The corresponding author signing the copyright form should match the corresponding author
marked on the paper.
Submission
The papers will be
evaluated on their originality, structure, clarity and relevance. Other important
instructions include the following:
- Authors are required to submit Authentic & high-Quality Substantial Research Manuscripts.
- All Submission should have less than 15% Similarity.
- Please submit your manuscript through the following link of CMT only.
- Submissions via e-mails will not be entertained.
- Authors are required to submit paper length from 8 to 10 pages.
Authors should
consult Springer's author's guidelines and use their proceedings templates, either for
LaTeX or for Word, for the preparation of their papers. Springer encourages authors to include their
ORCIDs in their papers. In addition, the corresponding author of each paper, acting on behalf of all
of
the authors of that paper, must complete and sign a Consent-to-Publish form.
Publication
- Download your template package for Word or LaTeX.
- Do not add page numbers or headers/footers.
- Do not alter the margins of our templates.
- Paper size is 8.5 x 11.
- The paper must include the author name and full affiliation address including country.
- Use clear, legible graphics and diagrams contained within the margins.
- Do not use copyrighted material without permission and proper crediting.
- All pages are to be in portrait.
- References are prepared using our sample reference guidelines (available in the template
package). References can only be linked if they are complete.
- Embed all fonts into your manuscript PDF.
Templates
Those who are interested in submitting their papers to the conference should use the Springer

for author section.
The Paper should not exceed 10 pages and the file size should not exceed 5 MiB.
Presentation
Oral presentations should strictly comply with the content of the corresponding paper. The duration
of the presentation will be determined before the event, authors will be informed with sufficient
time. Speakers must be registered in the conference, just like any other attendee.
